3D models for the mini hydro system
🕑 Added 2019-04-20 15:30:01 +0000 UTCHello Patrons! Attached to this post are the STL's for my latest 3D printing project! This is the video: https://youtu.be/9A8mj7paNIc
If you have a 3D printer, then you can download these STL files and print them using your favourite slicer. For the "Mini Hydro Insert" I created some "stands" so you didn't need to use any supports when printing. Just clip these things off once you have printed (check out the image below) and you are good to go! This is the printer I use, and I find it great for beginners if you are thinking of buying one: https://geni.us/i3mega
Come have a chat on the Discord server if you need a hand printing these things. And if you want me to print them for you, again lets talk...I haven't really thought through the costs etc. So if there is interest, I will give it some thought!

Hi Pat, could you take a couple photos and show me?
Hi, I have printed out the 3 parts but there is no way I can get them to fit together. I am pretty sure my printer is printing accurately. The male half-moon piece is too big to fit into the female half-moon piece. My calipers say the external male width is about 5mm while the internal width of the female part is about 2.5mm, where am I going wrong? Thanks.
