Sriracha hot sauce is a firm favourite of many people. There are a lot of different versions out there, even I have made a few videos showing you variations of Sriracha recipes I have developed. I decided to make a version that you will be able to try for yourself! This is tangy, spicy and delicious. To keep this accessible to everyone, I used tamarind instead of fish sauce.
