Depends on how long the doujin is. If its a dedicated borth doujin, then at keasy 60-75% of it should be birth and birth related, including labor/post partum or the afterwards. Pages before such as pregnancy and plannings (and seggs) can also count

Make it as long as you want to. I personally will love however many you make it and will read the whole thing no matter the length. I agree that there should be some fluff dedicated to just time with 2B pregnant. Would be good for variety and wider appeal.
