Ion Core - this looks interesting

Solo, 1-4 players, cool post-apocalyptic theme, unique setting, sandbox gaming, a complete adventure in a single sitting (!) and it looks really nice. Also, at around $80, the base pledge seems like a good price. I also like that the base pledge doesn't come with a ton of miniatures!
Looks like it hasn't been a runaway crowdfunding success, and I haven't heard much discussion about it.
I'm going to back it because I like the price and scope and theme.

Lately I've been gravitating towards adventure games without a lot of story to read.

It looks pretty, and I wish them well, but I can't see anything in the game for me.

I haven't been able to decide either. I like the look of what's there and the gameplay but I was hoping for more adventure/story in the game. I had really been looking forward to the launch of this and was a bit disappointed when I saw what it was. It does look interesting though and I haven't made up my mind yet.
