Once Rick starts reading from the occult book he stumbled across in the library he becomes quite unlike himself. And Max, having been recruited to seduce him will do pretty much anything to see the Cult's plans come to fruition.
The book corrupts and, even if left open, will spin sinister tales of old. uwu (Not the book pictured though, I wasn't actually thinking that thu ahhhh oh no my perfect porn plot ๐)
I decided that the cult would be called Cult of Cain, just because it sounds cool and ancient, and I'll make up some rituals around that!!
I hope you like it!! Now it's back to some more halloween-y stuff, I just felt like I had to expand a little on the Clutches of Chaos AU <3 I also have some nasty plans for some kind of Eldrich horror, so.. ;3c

I sort of just fell into watercolors and am still learning so much. Your art inspires me to keep painting and discovering all the things this medium can do.
Oh lord yes, SO many layers went into this, I build it up super slow but Iโm extremely happy how smooth it turned out!! (Also ur right at this point my tiny brush only has like 1/4th of the hairs left, but itโs my olโ faithfull ๐ฉ)
Itโs the small things like the veins and divots in her skin from his hands for me. You are a sorceress! I imagine that brush has one bristle and donโt even get me started on how light those washes had to be to finesse those details!

Ohh no not really they usually take me two days if not more! These latest few werenโt as big as the pieces I was making last month so they take less time!
