I actually didn't think I'd be able to finish this today but there you go!! Rick's little attic study, filled with memorabilia! I was fleshing out his character a little more so decided that all the paintings on his walls are painted by him as master studies! (same goes for the bird sketches of course. He probably draws those on his lunchbreaks at the university ;3)
I managed to put my own fav bird in there as well, it's not that recognizable and very dark but it's in the left borrom corner! I'll probably try and squeeze that guy in again at some point uwu
That aside, the most notable is the book in his drawer. That's the cursed cult book he finds in the library which sets the whole story into motion!! (You might've read the story on my boyfriends Patreon)
Aaaah we have so much more in store for these two (and Lewis) I'm super excited!!! I'm already working on the next, which I think will mark the last painting before things get a little.. freaky. π

It's like every time I go "Wow there's no way Joel can impress me further" you say hold my boots. Then knock me into another dimension with how amazing your works are. Like it seriously looks like you copied and pasted the original works onto the wall it looks SO GOOD. I'm π₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ί They both look so stunning with the glass window in the background and the light ambience. It's no wonder you were so proud of yourself when you posted this I mean wow. The darks contrasting the lights just have me WEAK
