Ok, thank you for the feedback. I haven't had the time to play the game this long so I couldn't find it out myself. This is a perticulary challenging game because of it's runtime textures assignment. I have a last resort solution I just tested with the first chapter with success. I'll need to go through all the models again so it will take some time. I'll upload the files once it's ready this weekend or next week.

Textures still pop on and out in Chapters 1 and 2 and they really don't work in Chapter 3, especially after she wears Rachel's clothes

Okay. This game is tricky because it changes the materials at runtime so there are times when It will work and others when this sort of things will happen. That's why I need to know when it happens. Thanks for telling me. I'll take a look at it.

Just wanted to say the eyes are looking perfect in the opening, and the black patch I referenced appears to be gone, however I am running into the same problem as Balmung. All of the sudden, once Max heads for her Dorm, her upperbody is grey/checkerboard, lower body and diaper fine. I believe that is an issue with the texture.

I just tested the mod with and without an optional texture pak with success. I did it with files downloaded from this post. Can you try to re-download the last versions of the files and be sure to put them in "[...]\LIS - Remastered\LIS\Content\Paks\". Also : are you using other mods ? Where are you in the game progress ?

Balmung

I’m having some issues with it. I’m putting max dp base file in the proper Pam folder as well as one of the custom diaper files, when I boot the game max’s upper body is gray scale, but the diaper and the legs are showing correctly. Am I missing an additional file?

Eyes fixed at least on the first scene :) I still have to investigate the black diaper thing.

I have not made it very far into the game, but so far the mod's been pretty solid. There's a little black under the diaper along her leg, barely visible, and in the opening cut scene her eyes had no texture. Otherwise quite seamless (and very cute) ^^ Curious to watch this evolve :)
