This is the second-place winner from the recent poll. I agreed to mod it because I initially thought the game was based on Unreal Engine—turns out, it’s not! But don’t worry, if you also would like Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero to get its mods, it will be featured in the next voting round :)
For now, these mods are 100% experimental. I’m still figuring out the best way to distribute them, but here’s what I have so far:
The mod swaps the pants of every human female character with a modified version (same for all costumes).
How to install the mod (METHOD 1):
Select the mod you want to install. NOT RAW named ones.
Make a backup of the file data2.cpk, located in:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DB Xenoverse 2\cpkUnzip the mod into the cpk folder of the game to replace the original data2.cpk file.
You will need to disable Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC). I followed these steps to do so.
Launch the game directly via its executable: DBXV2.exe.
This method will stop to work on each update unless the cpk files from data2.cpk are replaced by the new ones.
METHOD 2:
This method is longer but should work even after updates.
Check if the patcher has been updated for the current version of the game. If it has, there is no need to downgrade it.
Backup of your game directory (optional).
Backup of your save (optional).
Downgrade your game. I did it following theses steps. The right command for actual version is in the comments of the video.
Rename EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll and EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll to prevent them from interfering.
Install the patche available here.
Select the mod you want to use (RAW named mod files like DGBX2_RAW_data_DP_mod_diapered_Heroes).
Extract the files in a data folder placed in the game directory. This would look like that : \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DB Xenoverse 2 Downgraded Modded\data\chara.
Launch the game directly via its executable: DBXV2.exe.
The shaders prevent me from adding multiple colors to the diapers so I won't add other diaper models.
I might add support for a few more characters and make additional fixes, but please note I won’t be able to fix all the glitches.

[Edit 17/11/2024] Added diapered versionf for most female characters in the game : Android 18, Videl, Towa, Time Patrol Ranger SYF, CaC Earthling Female, CaC Saiyan Female, CaC Majin Female, Caulifla(Super Saiyan 2), Kale (Super Saiyan 2), Bulma, Vados, Kefla (Super Saiyan), Android 18 (DB Super) and Videl (DB Super). This file (DGBX2_Female_hero_diapered_pack) replaces data2_develop.cpk. I haven't had time to test it out in the game so any feedback is welcome :)
[Edit 20/11/2024] The game was updated today and no longer launches with the mod installed. I'm working on a fix. Thank you for your patience.
[Edit 23/11/2024] All files have been updated to fix the mods since the last update. I’ve added the Supreme Kai of Time to the list of diapered characters. There are three ways to distribute and install mods, as described here. Unfortunately, since the last update, the tools and patchers no longer work for methods 2 and 3. Method 3 is not suitable for the types of mods I’ve created, as I make global appearance modifications, while X2M files seem to be designed specifically for adding new characters. Once the tools are updated for the latest patch, I will distribute the mods for method 2, as this will allow you to use them with any version of the game, provided the patcher is updated. In the meantime, I’ll be focusing on the third-place winner from the last poll. :) Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your support and patience!
[Edit 25/11/2024] There are now two methods to install the mods. First one is easier and faster but will probably break at each update of the game. The second method involves the DGBX2_RAW archives.

I completely understand. As mentioned, I'm still quite new to this engine and working with limited time. The installation method I used is the first one I managed to get running, but I agree it's not the most efficient. It's just a temporary solution. Once I’m able to fix and thoroughly test the last file, I’ll update everything to an X2M.

My problem is that I can't seem to find what outfit or costumes it changes ? I've used every file and nothing shows up. I honstly hate asking but if you plan to change install method could it please be a x2m? That is what almost every mod is formatted in

Hello, I tested the file DGBX2_Female_hero_diapered_pack and it doesn't work for me either. I'm working on a fix. I had no issues with the other files. Only Human and saiyan costumes are affected. I might change the install method after fixing the last file.
