🕑 Added 2020-03-24 09:52:21 +0000 UTCI was making rough sketches about death comforting a scared child/teen. But I'm not sure if this is stuff for a comic. I'm not sure if the death of a child might be too heavy as a topic, and I don't want to create content that comes off disrespectful.
(Although I already drew a dead/dying child, remember the first dog comic?).
Every comic idea I ever had came with the fear of being "too much" or going "too far". I want to draw about important things, but I don't want it to seem dull.
Oh well, that is quite a "behind the scenes" post, I guess.

Do it. If the story is there to tell then tell it. Some people may not like it and that's fine. Some people may NEED to see it and denying them is not fine. You do what you do with amazing empathy and care. Just write this story with as much of those as all the other stories you do and it will be just as heart rendingly beautiful as the rest of the Friendly Reaper series.
You should totally do it, express such things through drawing is just incredible and it is also about life... You cannot always close your eyes on reality
