I got my big baby from bad owner, a month after he went really sick. He was supposed to die but he refused, he refused for 3 years and I was all he had, he was all I had as well. This dog taught me about life more than any living person could, he arrived straight at the right time in my life like Life put him on my way... but now he is tired and we both know it. He made the impossble for 3 years but it's time. Wednesday he's gonna rest, he's gonna rest for all the good job he made. Sometimes I really wonder who saved who in that story.
Oh dear that is heartbreaking, I am so sorry for your loss :( poor kittens. I have massive respect for everyone who has to make this desicion, you did the right thing even though it may not feel like it

I recently lost a kitten to FeLV. Most of my cats are positive for the virus so I know I have limited time with all of them, but FloofFur was only 11 months old. :( I rescued him from starvation at 3 months and he was the most loving cat, touching my heart in ways that haven't been touched for a long time. He got sick with a URI, which triggered his FeLV virus. It was a hard decision to have him euthanized, but I know in my heart it was the right one.
