Was General Wever's death in a plane crash in '36 as catastrophic to the development (and success) of the Luftwaffe as has been said? And how about Jeschonnek's succession to the Chief of Staff position just before the start of the Polish Campaign---was he as headstrong and one of those "The Fuhrer is always right and don't you dare question it!" officers as has been indicated? Also, do you plan on doing any posts on the films Germany made in the first half of the war on the Luftwaffe, such as DIII 88, Stukas, Feuertaufe, Kampfgeschwader Lutzow, etc.? I always find it interesting comparing the wartime films Germany cranked out under Goebbels' rule and those produced in Italy, the US and especially the UK. Always enjoy your stuff, and keep up the good work!

What were the main lessons learned by the Luftwaffe with the performance of the Condor Division in the Spanish Civil War, and how did they translate (I) to aircraft built by Germany and (ii) to Luftwaffe tactics after such campaign?
