I haven't read the entire chapter yet (I just read the soulflame description for the first time), but I have a major theory: What if Jake's bloodline is based off of his perception of reality? The more he exerts his will upon the world, which requires energy, the more the world responds. This goes very well with Pride and might mirror other 'contorl' or 'domain' type skills the gods have. I think that as the story goes on, and Jake grows, he'll have a more conscious control over his bloodline like he does with Pride, since he mostly is only able to use it instinctually and subconsciously (outside of times when he uses a skill directly related to his bloodline, like his 'Jake-juice' skill).

Random question for other readers that are caught up. Do we know how tall Villy's humanoid form is? I don't ever remember it being mentioned. I assume he's around the same height as Jake, since generally Jake only comments on height if its significantly taller of shorter then himself.

Yeah jake is pretty chill but his bloodline enforces superiority i have a feeling it would be pretty easy to spoil anyone else with the bloodline. And we already know how crazy people get when they seem a little better than someone else. A quarter of the population being a little stronger little smarter does sound scary

With all the achievements Jake has made he should get some really excellent choices for his race, class and profession upgrades. I also hope not too many of his class and profession skills get downgraded during the evolution to B grade. I believe we would all be upset if his Meditation Sacred skill is down graded to mythical.

Jake mentioned doing something with the desolation core, I can only imagine how close that chapter is now he got his supreme soul flame. The simplicity of getting the Flame as a contrast to the magnificence of his evolving to B grade ritual and creation. Imagine a truly terrifying creature that even surpasses a True Dragon's understanding of where they originated from with Jake Juice, his unique and still to be revealed High Human's nature, his bloodline's Supreme Arcane soulflame, El'cunts heart.. oh my G. This will be the biggest Roar of Power from a yet to evolve C grade. The whole Dragon Empire will be on their knees or get afraid beyond measure. I know it is going there Zoggy. Anyone have thoughts on Jake's upcoming upgrade challenge test for his race and profession? I personally think for his race it will error out like at D grade and therefore not need to do anything. Profession will be automatically be completed and having to upgrade a certain number of the "of Malefic Viper" skills - whether it be upgraded to Legendary (secod time) or Mythical.

Off topic at this point but: Jake has shown the Origin of whatever human variant has the potential to slay a true dragon in C grade. The implication of a bunch of those kind of humans running around at some point sounds terrifying.

Another thought: I expected more fight from the flame but it fits like a glove that was tailor made. After the the Prideful-N.Attendant-Ygg-Artemis Bow I honestly expected more fight but def not disappointed, thank you Zog have a great weekend!

I love this series and often think up my own stories in the primal hunter universe. Lately I've been thinking of a Klingon like faction with a leading god based on Kahless/Wharf. Other than stuff like that its mainly speculating on what might happen in the future with out main cast and let me tell you Zogarth definitely keeps me surprised.

What I think would funny and is possible is turn Jake into a Juvenile of the Species (Vilas would tease Jake so badly about being a baby). Also the Juvenile name of the Species doesn't always match the adult name of the Species. Jake may not reach his full adult species identity until A or even S grade. Alternatively, Jake not reaching his adult species identity until Godhood is also possible.

Typo: Jake's previous Alchemical Flame should be (Common) not (Uncommon), as the rarity was downgraded upon C-Grade. As of the end of the Pantheon of Life arc (last full status update, ch 1195) it still showed it as (Common) and the description text of the skill is the same.

Also i am getting giddy at the upcoming B grade evolution when we will probably get the answer to an even greater question: Which variant or superior version of Human is Jake. Or maybe the origin of all human race as a whole in the mutiverse due to how his blodline works. My head is spinning with posibilities especially since Z is good at keeping track on these kind of things and brings them back in the spotlight when you totally forgot about it! I might suggest changing the order of these last two chapters. I know there was the whole reveal at the end that Jake had gotten his soul flame, but it takes away a bit of the anticipation/anxiety since we already know he'll succeed. I think the surprise of him finding out he can get his flame after just thinking that it wouldn't be before B grade would work a bit better, IMHO. Free advice to take as you will!

So... Given that this is still Alchemical Flame it naturally cannot be used strictly offensively like summoning a firestorm or being used as a breath attack, what Jake could do is get a Lite Dragon Breath skill from his B-Grade Malefic Viper Alchemist Evolution skill selections Since B-Grade was when Villy was a Dragon. Combining his Destructive Arcane Soul Flame with the potential from his profession may grant him a powerful Soul Fire attack.
