Indeed, a new world, new peoples, plants, materials, techniques! Exciting! One of my favourite moments in the series was Jake's visit to the cloud layer above Haven. I read about underground realms many times, but never one in the clouds. It was a whole new layer to the planet, accessible only to those who could fly, so it had that "rise to heaven" taste, which fit well with "cultivation". It was all new and fresh to me! Such a plaesure and an inspiration. This seems new and poisonous, but that's quite alright as well haha. Good stuff, happy to be here!

I love how Miranda’s profession only gives willpower and free stats. Seems like compensation for having to deal with Jake.

I was listening to book 13. William is sent by someone to El'hakaan's homeworld. That person then is found dead without any karma that William can trace. Was this Eversmile or might it have been the secret faction hiding in minor worlds that tried to kidnap Jake?

there is a non zero chance that jake gains a bunch of levels before the event. by learning a new way to do alchemy and using new ingredients instead of fighting.

If I remember correctly, in one use of Jake’s glimpse of the past skill, he observes a C-Grade Villy upgrade the Wings skill to escape a pocket dimension. I wonder if that would work for a Minor World too?

I thought Minor Worlds were all closed spaces and that's a reason why they're great for mystery faction to hide in, but since Jake can still contact Villy I guess not. At some point in B grade it'd be fun for Jake to actually get trapped in a closed space and we need to ask Jasper to fish him back out

That or it wasn’t connected to any universe until the 93 opened the way. Maybe it used to connect to a different universe long ago but the connection was cut, and a connection was reestablished post integration.

Great chapter! I love the split between Miranda’s POV and Jake so that we can enjoy her stuff without wanting to hurry through it bc we also want to know about Jake and the frogs. Perfect mix! Now about the Exalted Mistress, I remember how much she hated being referred to as his mistress during the first world congress and Jake has always insisted he doesn’t have any mistresses so that’s kind of hilarious. But had she been a guy would the System have called her the “Exalted Master of the Malefic’s Chosen”? Seems unlikely.

I think Villy's comment about "pioneer" and Jake is the first to visit this Minor World will become the most important. As he could further update his pioneer dungeon skills, their might also be multiple other pioneer events he could receive a title/s. The other point is this Minor World might run at a different speed than the rest of the multiverse like in Nevermore 50 years equates to 3.5 years in the wider Multiverse.

Why didn't villy give an opinion? Obviously to see what Jake does. But why? Is it unimportant event or is it a potentially huge deal to have this massive minor world? Does villy instantly know everything about the inhabitants? Are there two or more choices that can be made? Is there any obvious choice / action that would be best for Jake, earth, and the order but villy is most interested in letting Jake's instincts provide the answer? Sooo many possibilities.

An Exalted profession, not bad Miranda. Interesting to learn both that the Verdant Witches were pushing Miranda to get with Jake and that they recently stopped, I wonder if that's an indication they know about him being with Artemis. We do know she's worked a lot with them since becoming the Pantheon of Life ambassador.

Jake should totally have a page in his status screen that informs him of all the people who have classes or professions that directly relate to him! And the closer the relation, the more information he should be able to see about that person. I'd love to know what his succubus evolved into. I think she already evolved a while back, did we get her full class/profession name? (devils only have one mixed "thing" , I know)

Venus(?) Is Time Dilated to all hell i bet. A couple hundred thousand years for them inside when it's only been half a century outside since integration?? This place is even more OP than I originally thought! Jake will leave 1/4 the way through B Grade and no time outside passes, giving Jake a massive boost pre-prima event. That's my call.
