Aloha! Yeah actually the flower necklace (lei) and welcome drinks upon arival is a tradition by most Hawaiian airlines i think. The hand gesture that they are doing is actually the βhang tenβ gesture originated by surfers. I love this season because you can see that they really had more time to relax and just enjoy the activities. Itβs a bit more chill than the first season because there was no going to and from different countries which can be tiring during a vacation really.
