Very cool. Hope there are more. It seems you can’t see all the lewds in one playthrough?

Thanks a lot!

Glad to hear you are doing better here's to hoping it's a long term solution for you 🖤 Also don't use all of your good feelings working on the game remember to relax as well!

Oh, yeah, magnesium oxide was what I was taking before (which, obviously, wasn't working). Now I'm taking L-threonate, but I'll have to switch to glycinate eventually as threonate is way too expensive. As for D3, I'll look into finding it in oil form, but for now I have a D3+K2 combination and it's working well.

I haven't exercised in quite some time, but I do remember feeling great after. I've found that I enjoy taking walks around a nearby lake and do that every morning. It's not quite the same thing, but it works for me. On the other hand, I'd add meditation to things that can do wonders. I really should be getting back into it. It got me out of the darkest place I've ever been (4 years ago).

I'm glad to see you've gotten better, if I may suggest, Magnesium oxide is not the best form available, not only it's not the most bio-available form of magnesium, but it can also lead to diarrhea, I would suggest either magnesium citrate or bisglycinate (using bisglycinate myself). As for Vitamin D, I recommend taking it in oil form rather than pills, and it's great to take a Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2 synergy, people tend to overlook vitamin K. (I'm no professional nutritionist by the way, just a fitness and weightlifting practicioner for years)

I am glad that you feel better and that you can enjoy life again. Where I live, there is not enough sunlight half the year to get enough vitamin D naturally and I remember when I started supplementing vitamin D years ago, just 25 μg a day, it had a good effect in subduing my usual winter blues. I've been doing it ever since. Unfortunately, at some point this was no longer enough. Not so long ago, I felt burnt out too. I was trapped somewhere in the dreadful gloom between melancholy and depression. And it was getting worse. As I was already on a very healthy diet and had no nutritional deficiencies, oversupplementing anything was not something I was willing to try. What helped me was exercise, something I hadn't done since I was very young. I started exercising for many different reasons, and it had many different welcome results. But the one thing I didn't expect it to have such a powerful effect on, and the reason I will continue to exercise until the day I die, is the effect it has on brain chemistry. My melancholy and depression are all gone — well, they are completely gone on the vast majority of days. It may not happen that often, but sometimes life-changing solutions can be simple.

Rayne, Day 2

Thanks for writing this. I’m gonna research this myself. On a more prurient note, I haven’t had a chance to play this much, so let me ask: is there tit-fucking in this game, or planned? Thanks!
