Apparently TeamViewer regard it as a security feature. They have now removed it from the 'free' version. That took years of effort though.

Is there actually any legitimate reason for Team Viewer to have that black screen feature?

Why in the bojangles would the legitimate Western Union, that would be 3rd party to these people have "Second way is Western Union" printed on the top of the site. Western Union Marketing Team are in dark place these days it would seem.

The more I've seen about some of these scammers, the less sympathy I have for them. It's tempting to think that they either don't know what they're doing (it's all in the training) or they really have difficulty making an honest living. This group though...

That was tough to watch. She is so lucky Jim was on the job, otherwise she'd likely have lost all that data permanently had he not killed the T.V. session. It's hard to get lower than a scumball scammer.

These guys are amongst the nastiest I've seen. Most other scammers will just sidle off with their tail between their legs when they are challenged.

Great work Jim. It was awful watching them look through personal photos and her webcam and make those comments. I'm glad you were able to end it and contact the person.
