All these videos make me so happy to see. My grandmother just recently got a scam call while she was out of town dealing with her sister terminally ill. Thankfully my mom is helping with her finances and was able to confirm with the bank it was a lie and stop my grandmother from calling back. But there are way too many that arent that lucky. Thank you so much for helping everyone you can and at least make these scammers days a bit more hellish.

Here's an idea. Rent an office in a city with scammers. Set it up enough to look legit, even if it's 'being set up'. Put an ad help wanted for scam call center staff, experience needed. (Sorry carriage returns aren't working for paragraphs). When people come and apply, give them applications to fill out with personal information - name, home address, bank information for direct deposit of salary. Then publish the applications.

This is indeed true Peter. Thanks for the support.... I try to do what I can to stop some of these scams. I usually try to get the police in India to do their job, but I'm usually ignored. I'm pretty sure there are more important things in the eyes of the Indian police, so if I can make one or two scammers think twice, it's probably worth it. Perhaps there will be a few less grandparents who fall victim to these scams. Thanks again for your support.

By sound of the accent all the teams seems to be from different part. Jay and Tin tin seemed to have Bengali accent and the guy Archit sounds like he is from the Maharashtra state or that region.

I'm not sure with this lot. They seem to have been operating since January 2019, so it's a possibility they paid for a ScreenConnect license. Caitlin Barnes from ScreenConnect has written to be to say that the account has been banned. I'd like to see if there is more that they can do other than keep banning accounts. Removing the "black screen" from any version of the software would be a big step forward imo.

Excellent video. Love the escalation, as they reply...'sorry', as they try to figure out what the hell is going on....then the speech pattern gets faster, with denials, and irritation, as you keep throwing the verbal punches.!!!!...knockout.!!!

Great call as always.. I saw their fake business address is in Silver Spring, MD. I'm about 30 minutes from there and know the area well.. If there's something that can be done locally let me know.

I personally think that the slow, drip feeding of of their personal information is more effective that just telling them all I know. I'd like to think that they get more and more uncomfortable as the call goes on. They might even want to keep me on the phone to find out just how much I know.

You should say "Yeah I'm with the FBI and I've been tracking a cyber criminal named [scammer real name] so I can put him in jail. Would you please help me with that [scammer fake name]? I'm sitting outside his house in [scammer city] just waiting for him to scam one more person while I'm tapped into his internet so I can enter his house and arrest him." EDIT: India's CBI might be a better choice. See response below.
