That's what I was hoping for. I'm always willing to support TV channels (and organisations like the AARP) if it can get the message over. I always give my time freely for these sorts of programs. Thanks to your support on Patreon, I can give my time like this.

We have a new Minister for Cyber Security and my local MP used to be on the Federal security committee; I'm pressing buttons... When the YouTube of this comes out, its going on my LinkedIn feed. The way our banks operate and the ease with which money on mass can jump from one account to another with no controls is just daft, Its possible for these controls to be in place, little old Bendigo Bank here are right on the ball, they noticed too much money was in my wife's current account and called her to get it moved to the savings account, so its away from the credit card... Also I have a physical token for my account, it died at the weekend, lets say it took going around the houses a bit to get a new one - the bank in question seems to be pushing people to SMS based Auth with their lovely app - yes, I know...

Bizarrely the filming crew didn't do much for Aussie stereotypes. The producer was from Bondi Beach and the present was really into his surfing. But I have to say, they were very cool.

Thanks Keith. Glad you enjoyed it. The 45 minute wait was absolutely ridiculous, but something I've experienced before in other countries and other banks. Hope something positive comes from that at least.

Very well done indeed, just watched. If you ever need help Sydney side, drop me a line, got relatives North and South and access to a pool of people who would be willing to help. That 45 minute wait on the HSBC fraud line was a seriously bad joke, the banks help make these frauds possible. I'm going to chase a few contacts at the federal level.
