This company in India take advantage of people mis-dialling telephone numbers. They will be unclear about the wrong number and will record personal details and play or say 'Adverts'.
The advert informs the victim that they will be subscribed to a product using the credit card they provide to ship the discount vouchers. They do not make it clear that the credit card will be used for a subscription service. Very many people only realise they're been tricked once they see a charge which might only appear a couple of months later.
They attempted to silence me by sending a lawyers letter, but I've chosen to make this video regardless of the threat because I think it's too important not to broadcast. Thank you for supporting me and allowing me to expose crooks like this!

Great job buddy. FB is now riddled with so called "Facebook help centres". and they are spammers and FB does not rip these fake groups down, I have 3 profiles. I cant get into to run my 30+ groups and 5 pages. Zuckerburgh is a fucking retard but I will never give up.. .

I am always amazed by the amount of work you put into these investigations, and can't imagine what it takes to monitor all those CCTV's you have access to. It would be interesting to know if the law firm you got the letter from only represents scam companies, or if they also represent legitimate companies?

Jim, great video. I always suspected something like this but didn’t think they would go to this extent. It’s the one downfall of the toll free number system. 888,800,866 all look the same especially when you’re frustrated. Keep up the amazing work you do and I look forward to the next video.

Normally I do wait longer, but the 2 videos are pretty different. The public one is heavily blurred and I don't name the company. Secondly, I wanted it out on a Friday evening just in case they get the lawyers on to it and some who persuade YT to remove it. You can guarantee lawyers won't be working over the weekend. So this one is pretty unusual. If you look at the Patron version of the videos, there is normally at least 24hrs before the public one is available. This is the only exception. I'm afraid this one had to break my usual pattern.

The anguish in that poor lady's voice as she begged to have her information deleted was heart-wrenching. This scam is especially insidious because the victims are the ones calling the scammers. Thank you for all you do to spread awareness of these evildoers, Jim!

Thank you Marita. In some ways, I was expecting their letter because I think they've convinced themselves that what they're doing is legitimate. Using small print and unclear language is, however, the definition of misleading.

Please do tell us if you get any response from them after the publishing of this video, as they claimed in the email that you "did not give" them the opportunity to review it beforehand. Not that I think you should have. They would just claim that those employees were at fault, and that they have been let go. These people deserve to have their faces shown publicly(even though I know this video will be blurred on YouTube). Man, I wish you could send this version to their mothers :D

I got caught in this scam in the US. I bought an item at Menards and got a free gift just for sending in a coupon. The fine print said that I would have to cancel or I would get a new gift every month at inflated prices. I noticed it on my credit card and acted immediately and cancelled the scam. lesson learned.

Omg this is so hard to listen to. I was in tears listening to the 81 year old lady that was about to cry when she kept telling him she didn’t want it and all I could think about is other elderly people that they do this to. How can people be so heartless. Well thank God for you Jim to try and help the elderly and everyone else from being scammed.
