So it would appear there are police officers who are notifying the scam centers of pending raids. So much so that the centers are deleting files, switching crews and disabling cameras. It should be noted in future videos so as to bring pressure on the police offices involved.

I sadly suspect that it was. Considering that someone in the police tipped off the scammers, it's pretty obvious that they're on the payroll. The Indian police do not view foreign scams as anything to be concerned about. The best thing we can all do is to contact the international companies that use DK and let them know.

Not much likely. What is more interesting is the fact that this is a legitimate business by day getting massive data dumps from the companies they support. One wonders if that same data is scraped for use by the illegitimate side of the business. The companies involved should drop this company immediately.

It makes me so happy to hear some of these people seeming to know it’s a scam. The “Are you looking out your window?” guy is the perfect response! Hopefully there is enough out there to make people second guess the legitimacy of these calls. As always great video!

It’s so frustrating that with all the evidence you gather it still isn’t enough to make the police enforce the law. I get the argument that your evidence can’t be trusted completely, but that’s really just an excuse for them. The police are complicit in the scamming operation and there isn’t a path to justice for the victims.

Also in the part where Priya aka Grace was talking, the voice of the man she was talking to sounded a lot like one of the other scambaiters. Not sure, but voice just sounded really familiar. How about forwarding the video to the ethics department of companies who use DK during the daytime. Apply economic pressure. Ask the company (AT&T, DirecTV) if it wishes to be associated with a company that repurposes its support center for nefarious activity. Ask if it believes it customer information is secure in such a concern. I cannot imagine they would risk the negative press and liability. I have to wonder how protected corporate information is in such a contractor.

Being a non-techie myself, and of an “older” age, i can absolutely say that without the education from yours and other scambait/investigative videos, i might have ended up as a victim at some point. Thats crazy! Amazing to see them squirm! It would be lovely to think that this type of stuff will make them less bold in the future, but as you've pointed out before Jim, this is big business and the fact that they knew something was happening shows that there is corruption across the entire "industry".
