Actually you can also slice it in Cura and put in filament changes in post processing for color changes

Thanks. Pretty easily actually. Bring it into Adobe Illustrator, convert it to a vector file, send that to Fusion 360 and extrude the different colors/parts. Can also do all of it in Fusion 360, but I'm better versed in Illustrator when it comes to vector files.
