I do print my marketing pieces on the same machine. You can upload photos into troubleshooting with some of your settings in the discord (join through settings tab under apps). You will get better feedback there. You can also try lowering the layer height of the top layers to .08 with the variable height feature.

Struggling to get this to print in high quality but can't see anyone else having the same issues. Either I'm doing something wrong or the linage is supposed to be like that, but I just want to find the best way to smooth the lines abit more? Tried ironing it and it does abit better, currently use the bambulab carbon x1

You just need to go to the site you bought it on and redownload. I updated the files everywhere :)

I don't. So when I created the pencil topper I beefed up the joints as much as possible. I actually spent quite a bit of time making it right. That's what inspired me to revisit the original hand and make it better.

No, it is not being released to everyone. This is for anyone who has purchased or received it in the past. Generally, when artists update their files, it remains available on the site in which it was purchased.

I really did beef up the joints on the pencil topper as much as possible. It's what led me to revisit the original hand.

Downloads are working on MMF, now. Just got mine! Thank you for the update on this one! - - UPDATE... I placed the old and new models together and sliced them. Not seeing any difference between the two. Looks like maybe the new model isn't there just yet.

Dan, the download from MyMiniFactory is not working for the Hand. I click download and the screen refreshed and nothing happens. Tried with Chrome and Firefox. Can you check on it? Thank you so much!

I can't get the hand to download for some reason(mmf) I bought the foot with it and that downloaded, but the hand wont

The original hand is a really old file. I released it 2 years ago. the pencil topper was a patreon release.
