🕑 Added 2023-05-23 17:47:31 +0000 UTCI have been working on printability and made a few small tweaks, after wrapping up many test prints and troubleshooting with a couple folks. There was a bit of a steep overhang on the neck that appeared on some prints. These files should do the trick!
To keep it simple for your file storage, I labeled everything update and deleted files from previous posts.
So many files, I did keep them zipped...but added the wings to the Alicorn and Pegasus main stls files.
*** Note I did also include the color 3mf files for Bambu (3 to 4 colors) and Prusa (2 color) ***

I love my Ender 5 and Sonic Pad! I need to check my Cura settings, it printed fine with S3D. I did turn off supports in Cura but maybe it didn't save. Thanks for answering me back!

I have the Ender 5 S1 with a Sonic Pad. I have been using the creality slicer so I am trying S3D now. It looks like it isn't adding supports. I will see how that goes and we can go from there. Thanks!

Please email me photos and let's troubleshoot. flexifactory@gmail.com. Supports are never needed on my prints and I may have some tips on settings, depending on your printer.
I downloaded the updated files and still don't get a good print. When they print, the joints in the legs have supports in them that I don't add. When I remove the supports, the joints in the legs are not complete and they break.

I have seen so many great prints already. Glad to hear yours turned out. Really just very small improvements for printability.

Totally up to you. They all function and my test prints came out good. This last push was to really help folks that may be printing in a lesser quality, achieve a better finished product. I use .12 or .16 layer height, 3 walls, 15% infill. So pretty slow and clean prints are the result.

Oh I am sorry to hear that! Yes, those wings need great adhesion. One little movement can really cause issues.
So I need to delete all the other files I downloaded and download these right?
Thank you! The only hiccup I've run into is I needed to print the Pegasus wings with a brim - the print failed at like 90% doing the little movements, but likely was due to either my surface needed cleaning or turning my speed down a bit
HAHA of course after I've dropped 3 dozen of the unicorns! No worries. They've been pretty good anyways!
