Bonus: Flexi Factory Dapper Skeleton
🕑 Added 2024-01-26 23:36:25 +0000 UTCWith Valentine's Day just around the corner, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to do a fancy version of my very first Flexi EVER!!!
This character is print-in-place like the original version but I made it shorter and repositioned the arms so you can print lots of little skelies on one plate :) Plus I added the top hat, bowtie and spats.
I had some fun playing around with layer color changes on the print above and added a little paint to the bowtie and heart. Just simple black and white silk PLA really brings out the details. The 3mf files are included for Bambu and Prusa too.

Great adhesion is needed for the small parts. I use a cool plate and disappearing Purple glue stick.
3 walls, 15% infill, .12 layer height recommended.
Tested to 50% and they are tiny but functional. I suggest no smaller than 65% for durability.

Are you downloading from a desktop, possibly apple computer? Check to see if you have a vpn or some other security disabling. I understand not being able to download as the files are right above in the post.

It won’t let me download it, I tried all last month, and again today with no luck.

Make sure your PLA is dry. If it has too much moisture it could snap easily. I have had a run of fresh out of the package rolls being very fragile lately. Also, what settings? 15% infill, 3 walls, .16 or .12 layer height?
