I am so sad any advise would be greatly appreciated! I have tried printing the XL head 5 times on 2 different printers. I left the size the same as file I downloaded. Every timeI try to print the head it does amazing until I get to the top when it starts adding the face. Then it doesn't do well. The texture is no longer smooth and looks gouged. I already have two whole bodies printed and glued together. Anyone else having issues? Any suggestions?

I thought I had already commented :) Thank you for your helpful post!

These if printing at 100% are going to be small parts, bed adhesion is going to be the number 1 thing. For good bed adhesion: Level bed (not just auto-leveling, manually leveling your bed, I am talking to you Bambu Owners) Bed Temp, you need to probably increase your bed temp by 5 degrees if you are having issues, 55 is not always great. Some ppl run those cold plates which are fine but verify your material they aren't rated for everything. Nozzle Temp, make sure you are using the correct temp for your material, silk is hotter luminous is hotter just because they are PLA don't keep the same settings. Adhesion aids: Rafts, terrible idea don't do it unless you know what you're doing Brims, I hate brims but the work, try to do just outer brims but Google it. Last but not least everyone's favorite (not mine) glue sticks, they are actually a release agent but they do help adhesion. Typically I only use then for ASA or ABS because they need so much heat its hard to keep. Glue sticks will mess with the build plate finish of your print if you are worried about that. There are alts hair spray or JT100(i like better but still has issues). I hope this helps anyone with issues printing and parts flying off mid print.
