At least I got to use my hello kitty band-aid now yay.
I still am not sure what causes the itching, maybe the weather? Water quality? Idk.

Your dust allergy possibly. If this is your lower leg you are maybe touching dusty cables under the desk while sitting at computer. Am only liking because you got to use a plaster, the itch sucks :(
