Really depressed

I feel like everything is going to shit in my life.
I feel really undesirable, unattractive and just dead weight in this world.
I've been skipping my meds bcs I can't remember if I took them already or not.
So I'll focus 100% on streaming. It will be my priority in life from how on. I'll work hard and maybe that way I'll feel better again.

(I absolutely love this filter on insta! It's a sanrio one....actually, I've been really obsessed with sanrio overall. It brings me a really good sense of comfort, like from when I was a kid and liked kerokerokeropi. Now my favorites are kerokero, pochaco, cinamoroll and pompompurin, but to wear on my nails I'll definitely make my melody, hellokity and kuromi ones, since they are the most feminine and extra ones)
Please give me another chance to prove I am worthy of this life 😞

I agree on the insta filter, it's cute :)) I think Brians suggestion is a good solution for your forgetting to take meds issue. A little structure in your life could work wonders. Everything is going to be okay.

I think I could stream everyday at 20:00 Brasilia time. So I can take a shower before, and have the AC on to be as comfortable as I can. Also would help me try to shower everyday. I also want to start blowdrying my hair, since it's getting longer and kinda bugging me when I have to wait for it to dry

That's actually a great ideia! I'd feel a sense of responsibility and it would help me get ready for future responsibility like that. Also, with VODs back I won't feel so guilty of having a schedule, because even if people can't make it to the stream at that certain time, they can watch the VOD and still get their dose of bella :)

As for meds, I record myself taking the medication so I can always look back on the previous day to make sure I don’t forget. Maybe combine that with the stream schedule thing and make a short stream of yourself taking your meds with the vod saved for just that.
