Actually, when I woke up one morning, my left leg was swollen and I was in such a state that if I tried to put my foot on the floor, I felt extreme pain.
I looked at it for about 2 days, but instead of getting better, the swelling got worse and the pain only got worse, so I gave up and went to the hospital.
As a result, I was diagnosed with gout๐ญ.
It seems that my daily inactivity has taken its toll. Embarrassing.
I've managed to recover now with medication๐ .
