The cooldown system was my way of ensuring fair play, so everyone has a chance, preventing the same person from winning consecutively.
So, there were three options with the most votes left, and I ended up casting my tiebreaker vote for the most "unusual" character (since we already have too many My Hero Academia characters).
I apologize for the inconvenience; it was just my courtesy.
It's important that you participate in the weekly voting.
I will do my best to avoid similar issues in the coming weeks.
