Very nice saying. Sadly for me, I do have a favorite place instead. In front of my TV/Puter specially on a Friday night after work. Feels so good laying on the floor. I only wish weekends could last forever.

I've now lived in 4 different states. My work takes me to all over the U.S. I've now been in every State except Alaska. Every place I've been to has something nice about it. It's what you make of it that counts.

You are so right. It is not the place, but to whom travel with you that makes a place become special. I have been to a place that I enjoyed previously, but because my company was different; the place was different. Still enjoyed, but enjoyment was not as it was. The opposite is true as well.
