That could be caused by under-extrusion (Issue with esteps, extruder, bowden tube, nozzle, hotend). Or possibly a leveling issue where the nozzle is slighlty too far away and not causing enough filament squish which is resulting in a loose fit.

after printing some of these chill buddy lighter cases i love them all. one suggestion, can you round out the bottom edge for the model? the edge is a bit sharp on the printed model
