Use an allen key or screwdriver to push the bottom of the lighter up to remove from case.
*Remove any plastic pattern wrap on your bic classic lighter before putting in case*

I haven’t had anyone else have this issue, nor have I experienced this myself after printing 50+ lighter cases on different printers. I’ve seen plenty of videos of patrons printing these lighter cases and everything fit perfectly. These cases are designed specifically for standard bic classic lighters with no design wrapping. If your lighter has a plastic pattern, it needs to be removed from before putting in the case. Are you using a standard bic classic

Don't know the issue but I just printed every file. 7 of each. And every last one. U put the lighter in it and it cracks near the bottom. I designed my own blank case, no design what so ever. And it printed no issues. And no cracks after putting lighter in it. I even push down more on the lighter. No cracks. Clearly not my machine or settings. Somethings up hereeeeee lol #help i love the 3dPF designs thoo
