Dab Pad Mini Station

The Dab Pad Mini Station is a small organizer that will help keep your pearls, caps, and tools organized!
Silicone mat can be used as a concentrate catcher! Small notch design on both sides of the mat allow for left and right handed users to comfortably use the Dab Pad Mini Station!
Two silicone dishes can be used to organize and cool down terp pearls, slurper sets, carb caps, and bubble caps!
New upgrades from previous model:
- Tool holder to secure tool when not in use
- 10mm holder
- 14mm holder
- Small storage area
The Dab Pad Mini Station uses the same silicone containers and small silicone mat from the "Model X2 Station". The mold for the Model X2 Station will also work for this product. I also designed a solo mold for the Dab Pad Mini that only contains two silicone containers + the small mat.
*Platinum cured silicone is required to build the Dab Pad Mini Station*

i have found that I was trying to remove them from the molds to early and just being patient and waiting a full 24 hours made them easier to remove from mold.

I don't use any release spray, just poured directly into the 3D printed mold. Although, the cap holders have shown to be more difficult to remove from the molds as they are longer in length and require more effort to remove from the mold. I've tried some mold release spray and have found that it makes it a little easier to remove, but the silicone mats & dishes are able to be easily removed from the 3D printed mold without any type of release spray.

Do you use a release spray for the silicone molds or does it just come off without it.

All of these products are designed to be printed with PLA. I haven’t printed them with anything other than PLA

Do you recommend printing all of the Dab stations in PLA or PETG? I live in FL and it can be pretty hot out, but I also imagine a user storing one of these in a hot car, and them warping if printed in PLA... what did you end up printing with for your sellable items?

How much silicone do you need to make one of these? (2 dishes & the mat) Have you ever measured it out for each product mold to reduce overage when pouring? Or do you just eyeball it every time.
