i know that i did over kill but i did 40% infill but that is because i know my 4 year old will play with it but know issues putting it together

what are the best settings for printing the staff pieces? I set mine down today and the threads for one of the staff ( base ) broke. I did 3 walls and 15% infill at .2 layer height
