I printed this and it turned out so nice, but the tab on the top half that locks into the bottom broke off almost right away. Did that happen to anyone else?

what if you put small ledge across the left and right of the bottom about half way up, then a tray could be designed that would drop in/out for more organization? Jewelry boxes often have trays like that. :)
