Inner Diameter: 199mm, 189mm, 179mm, 169mm, 159mm. Take measurements of your head and select the size that fits the closest to your measurements. You can then re-scale the size slightly larger/smaller to get the perfect fit.
Add foam tape to the inner lining of the party hat for a more comfortable fit!

I wouldn't be able to do any osrs specific designs like God items. Stuff like zamorak, saradomin, guthix, bandos, etc. is all IP owned by Jagex. I'm able to design stuff like party hats, swords, staves, shields, armor, axes, pickaxes, bows, and those types of items because they existed before osrs and the IP is not owned by anyone. I could however take inspiration from an osrs specific item like an anicent staff for example and create my own original design that doesn't infringe on Jagex's IP. An item like a dds is IP owned by jagex, but I can design my own model of a poison dagger and release a Mystic Poisoned Dagger
