If anyone has easily sore fingers like I do, I made a solution. Print yourself an 11mm round cylinder, with a 7mm hole in it. I did 15mm tall, and made a flat base on it and use that push up against with the cylinder around the joint pushing up against what you're pressing on. IDK if I explained that well, but can't add photos in comments here. haha

I'm not familiar with that printer, but every printer setup will have slightly different tolerances depending on print settings and the filament being use. Since this is a small action figure that has multiple interlocking parts, your printer will need to be calibrated well for a design like this. It could be caused by printing a specific filament too hot and you're experiencing over extrusion, it might be a cooling issue, it might be the print speeds, etc. Things like stepper motor E-steps are also a crucial factor that may cause dimensional inaccuracies if not calibrated properly. The joints aren't designed to snap into place easily, they do require a bit of force when assembling for the first time. This is to account for the joints loosening up once the action figure is fidgeted with. I've done extensive prototyping on this design and it's crucial that the joints aren't loose. The prototypes that had loose joints overtime became too loose to the point where the figure wouldn't stand up on it's own and then arms would droop down out of position.

Just to add. It’s not the entire set of joints. Most of them printed just fine. It’s just 3 of the smaller bits that failed. So I’ve been trying to just print those 3. I hate doing brims on small pieces but I’m going to give it a try and see if it helps.

Any tips on printing these? Recommended layer height or anything? I’m having a lot of trouble with the joints. The ball part keeps coming off the bed when it’s barely half completed and then it kills the whole print. Found a big nozzle blob earlier because of it. I’ve tried printing it a few times now and can’t get them to work. Had no problems with the armor pieces. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

Yup! These action figures can be fully customized with different colored joints and armor. The armor is also an optional accessory, you can assemble the figures without armor too!
