Updated Joints & Armor (MM3D Action Figure)

Since printing tolerances can vary between different printer setups, some of you have noted that the armor was a bit challenging to assemble and felt too tight. I’ve redesigned the joints and basic armor set to make assembly easier and require less force. My goal is to make these action figures both fun and easy to put together, and these updates will definitely simplify the building process.

These files were apart of our July 2024 releases and all active subscribers during that month got free access to this design. The files are located in the July 2024 dropbox folder which all active subscribers during that month have in their inbox. If you had an active subscription during 7/31/2024, you'll find the link and password in your patreon messages.

Where do I get the STL for this?

The joints on this version don't have the grooves on them anymore. The armor pieces have smaller bumps on the inside so they won't be as tight when assembling.

Hi, These are great, but what's the difference between this and the original? I've printed both, same settings on P1S. The original seems looser than the new version. The armour fits more easily in the new version but once one it seems tighter. From your description I would assume the new version would be looser. Thanks!
