I recommend reconnecting your discord account to your Patreon account. Patreon provides our servers with an official Patreon Discord bot which handles access into the server automatically. It will automatically add anyone with an active subscription into the server, and automatically remove anyone from the server who no longer has an active subscription. As long as you have an active Patreon subscription with no payment declines, then it should give you access to the server. So reconnecting your accounts may solve this bug.

You’ll gain access to the discord server by connecting your Patreon account with your discord account. This will be done through account settings here on Patreon’s website. You’ll automatically be added into the discord server once you connect your accounts.
