Actually if you're unfamiliar with Karen remember the season 19 episode the City Part of Town where Mr Liu Kim (AKA Dr Janis) has a child rabour force and Kenny gets a present for his sister? There's Karen, in pigtails. Also the reptilian bird was referenced earlier in this episode "God or Christ may or maybe not exist, or it might be a giant reptilian bird in charge of everything" XD
