I'm guessing at how they're preparing things... if I'm right they have an air fryer now and they're using that both to prep frozen food and reheat food as needed. In that case assuming identical food, the frozen stuff might seem fresher as opposed to the reheated food. edit: Also, once you know how well your air fryer works, you can produce meals from frozen that are actually crispier/better than fast food. Takes some time, air fryers can be tricky.

A great video as always! I was actually kinda surprised that frozen got as many votes as it did. I have yet to try a frozen that was as good as a prepared option.
