American Diner - also add stuff to the air fryer and other exsisting appliances. Recently I have been re reading some Southern Vampires - Sookie Stackhouse, so got inspired by Sam's diner again -->So maybe some Southern cuisines since its Louisiana ?
Chilled Food (+ Cold Dessets) - Since its summer! Also add them to the ice cream sets, canning dessert jars and others
Take out food -A small system like the Fresh Forward delivery system with custom (paper ?) food containers. Maybe concentrate on one cuisine at a time. Just order off a menu and get quick hassle free food!
P.S. - I am also trying to add a sort of cheat interaction to the appliances whereby which you can get plates of food to sell. Currently most of the time, the sim will grab the food and start eating especially if the sim is a bit hungry!

Love true blood! I was just about to re-read the series and you have inspired me. Some food i would love to see would be shrimp and grits, or catfish and grits, ate a ton when i was in louisiana, maybe some gumbo and seafood boil as well. I know it's not a diner but def louisiana vibes. Def some beignets !

Is the Shaved Ice served with a flavored syrup poured onto it and loaded in to a paper cone or cup? In United States, those are known as Snow Cones.

You had me at True Blood! I'm rewatching The Vampire Diaries now and I'm planning on rewatching True Blood again soon so this is right up my alley. Maybe one of the diner foods Lafayette served (maybe the burger he spit in) to honor Nelson Ellis. Edit: Or could we literally get our own Sims version of True Blood the drink called True Plasma? Lmfao

I love true blood am actually rewatching the series right now once again and I have read those books been thinking about my fairy mod and having sookie as a fairy and recreating eric and sam bill etc that be fun. I like this idea though. I love the air fryer it's great need more of these items and recipes.

Southern Vampire Mysteries inspired, yes please! If you are tying into the air fryer maybe fried pickles, gator nuggets, fried okra or fried green tomatoes (more generally southern than Louisiana specific).

Chilled Food could include recipes around the world too like Gazpacho from Spain, chilled tomato soup with different ingredients and cucumber soup as an example. Sorbet is good, but ice cream is... In Japan and southern Korea, there is something called shaved ice.

I love the Southern vampire series, Sookie is so much better in the books than the show. Food center around that, would be amazing. Maybe even add a vampire food or drink as well.
