DLC requirement for Mod Poll
🕑 Added 2024-05-26 02:13:23 +0000 UTCSorry for another poll ....eeeep. But I really need to know ( as I am planning stuff and making the mod frameworks)......would you guys be okay if I make a couple appliances or functional object with DLC requirement ?
It will be mostly Home Chef or Dream House decorator ( or maybe Cool Kitchen!)
P.S. - I already have Outdoor retreat as a requirement for some of my mods but i was wondering about other DLCs
Sorry I have been planning out stuff for the whole year and I have to know what you guys like before comiting to an extensive mod π

I have a bitter refusal to buy the kits unless they are given for free. But everything you listed is fine :) (And even if you used a kit, I just wouldn't use that mod)

So long as Journey to Batuu isn't a requirement, I'm fine with DLC being required. I'd actually love to see more using the Home Chef Hustle Pack, specifically.

I fully support this!! I think being able to use special dlc ways to use or make food would be nice- I absolutely love small appliances, so the more the merrier!!

Whatever helps you keep your creativity and joy in creating alive! If using DLCs gives you more options, then I say go for it.

oh thats one of the things i want to do - Sandwich maker! I will definitely mention the DLCs required! Though I can make it base game too! For dream house decorater...i plan to ise the countertop oven!

As long as you remember to put which dlcs are required ( there are modders that still forget to do this) do what is necessary. Curious to see what cooking related stuff you will create with Home Decor i haven't really played with that pack enough. As for Home Chef Hustle I would love a panini/sandwich press

Yes, I'm good with the DLC requirement. If it helps with the creation of the MOD/CC, so be it. If I do not have the DLC I would either buy the DLC or go without the creation. Do what is easiest for you Icemunmun, if DLC helps you in your creations, so be it. :)

I dont wanna add a pizza maker...other stuff like a pie maker, sponge cake maker, loaves of bread among many other things. My appliances are not always exactly what we have in real life but variations and basically wish fulfillment of what I wish we had in real life π So PLENTY of stuff can be made
