Lahsa. My personal version of a loaded toast - toast, with a thin layer of cream cheese, topped with sauted onions and sauted rainbow tomatoes, with a sprinkle of feta and drizzle of balsamic reduction. Also chia puddings with fresh fruit and honey.

LOL, my second comment...but I thought of another breakfast I really love. Which is....a breakfast burrito - scrambled egg + queso fresco + chopped avocado wrapped in a warm, burrito-size tortilla. Delicious with Chili Crisp Seasoning or with Salsa, and extra good if you like Cilantro and add it. :) (Feta works as a substitute for the Queso Fresco too).

Avocado on toast with an over-easy egg and some Chili Crunch seasoning. I also love Almond Cinnamon French Toast. My go-to most days, if I eat breakfast, is a bowl of cereal though, lol. And sometimes I have a croissant or chocolate brownie oatmeal.

Easy go-to choices would be a bacon and egg wrap, hash browns or pancakes with maple syrup. Absolute favourite would be a full English breakfast with sausage, bacon, black pudding, baked beans, eggs (fried or poached), grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and a couple of slices of toast.

One of my favourite breakfast or brunch is a dish super popular where I live (Quebec). We call it "cassolette déjeuner". I dont think there an equivalent in English. It's breakfast potatoes, vegetables, bacon and/or ham or sausage, cheese, an egg (fried or poached) and Hollandaise sauce in a little casserole for one person.

My fave breakfast isn't necessarily a strictly breakfast food. It's ripe plantains thick cut and skillet fried, served with refried black beans & sour cream and queso fresco. Coffee obviously is my drink of choice. This plate is eaten by many Honduran people for literally any meal or big snack of the day, and practically all i ate during my last pregnancy. I even stopped for a to-go plate right after being discharged from the hospital after that birth, to eat on my way home.

In the continental USA, real Southern biscuits and gravy are delicious, and in my experience was served with fresh orange juice and/or coffee and/or sweet tea. On the Hawaiian Islands, loco moco was my go-to most days, but I can't remember what we usually had to drink with it. In Puerto Rico breakfast needed to be more convenient and rushed, so it was usually a quick, sweet cornmeal, cream of wheat, or farina. With sweet coffee, of course. :) My personal fave, tho, is a mish-mash: Puerto Rican tropical fruit salad with Cuban coffee. If you ever decide to do that last one, don't forget to add the insane energy buffs, lol!! ;D
