the first Titanomachy was the great defeat. he was beaten/mutilated by his children and cast into the lower vibrations, much of his body has been experimented on. the sickle was taken long ago and stolen from Olympus by a particular demon.

What exactly did Kronos do in the first titanomachy and where is his sickle?

Kronos was from a line of First weapons that were programming timespace during the Original Intelligence's great plan. When the remaining angels retreated from reality these leftovers took over timelaws and began to abuse them. There were several factions during SCHISM who did not evolve into Infernal species.
