Pitchroot: Inspired by the pitcher plant, it has a large bulbous exterior wrapped in thorns and tendrils. It's lid/mouth is lined with two rows of luminescent teeth which helps it lure in prey in the dark. The liquid inside is a strong sedative and paralytic that has a mild hypnotic pheromone to help draw and keep them prey inside. Light weakens it enough for it to succumb to it's own fluid, leaving it dormant during the day.
