So interesting behavior. I opened a ticket with Cura, and they were able to reproduce my results. They have actually seen this before, and if I move the print away from the center of the build plate, it works. Very odd, but they are working towards a real fix. Hope this helps anyone else who may encounter this. This was on my Ender 3 btw. I haven't tried it yet for any of my other printer models.

Has anyone had any slicing issues on this one? My Cura 5.2.1 blows up with an unexpected error each time I try. Works fine on everything else.
