I just have your request written down: Pet or chaste slave on gurney in a hospital type setting, strapped down for chastity removal and cleaning. Possible there for a smaller cage or maybe a full belt. Slave may be gagged or able to talk, but the nurses and/or doctors make fun of how small his clitty has gotten over the past many years. Condescending remarks hurt pets feelings. They remind the slave how hard he fought to not get enslaved, but now he is soo docile. - DKarch patreon
