It means so much to me to hear someone else describing their desire to just be shut in for a few says during their depression. Acceptance of my need to do that, and to believe that I deserve friends who understand has been a major turning point in my life. That doesn't change that I feel shitty about doing it, but it helps to know that someone else copes the same way I do. Except my re-watch binge sessions are a whole bunch of old Cracked playlists and British panel shows. Keep up the good work, you are both an inspiration!
