🕑 Added 2020-07-27 19:03:14 +0000 UTCAmong Michael's myriad IGN duties, he is sometimes called upon to humorously cram through the entire plotline of a game or series. Here's two recent instances he thought were fun enough to warrant sharing with the Beans, where his heart shall ever reside. Hope you bean them!

Although many people talk about the furies as a disturbing presence, I found them almost comfortingly familiar, probably slotting happily in to place amongst my own discordant choir of negative self-talk.

Ah that's unfortunate. I think I played it on PC with a controller. I can't remember if it was very explicit about which buttons to press (I remember it having almost no HUD), but with the limited options on the controller it was easier to work out rather than having to hunt across a whole keyboard.

I was really looking forward to playing this, as someone who has a mental health condition themselves, however I played it on the PC and the people who ported it over seemed to believe that the player should learn the key bindings and actions necessary to do anything themselves as there were no real hints. I initially thought this was how the game was intended to be played, but then saw bits of video on other platforms where the game was clearly showing you how to play it in a way the PC version didn't. I wasn't prepared to go through the game mashing the keys at random so I got my steam refund. Sad.

One does not preclude the other!

Nice work, pal. I second Mr. Ford's request.

I've been wanting a 1upsmanship for Senua since I played through it a year and a half ago, but this is good too!
